JEFFREY D. LITTS
is a member of the firm’s Education Law Group, Litigation Group, and Labor and Employment Law Group. Jeff’s practice includes counseling and defending public school entities in the areas of civil rights, charter schools, collective bargaining, employee and student discipline, policy development, construction, and other education law issues. He regularly represents both public and private sector clients before state and federal courts, arbitrators and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and Charter School Appeal Board.
