In public sector business matters, KKLL’s expertise is renowned throughout the Commonwealth. We serve as general counsel to the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials, a statewide organization comprised of over 3,000 school finance experts. We frequently present on business topics for statewide organizations, including the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. Our attorneys have helped draft statutes and regulations, and have provided testimony and legal analysis to committees of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. We have handled every species of transaction and project for our public sector clients, from bond issuances totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, to large real estate acquisitions, to developing innovative new revenue streams. One of our partners has even served as an expert witness for the United States Department of Justice.

In private sector business matters, KKLL represents businesses ranging from “household name” companies to professional practices. One of our partners served as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section, and two of our partners have served as the Chair of the Lancaster County Bar Association’s Corporation, Business and Bankruptcy Law Section.
